MALIN GROOP

  • I’ve been a Brand and Design Strategist for over two decades, helping Nordic companies position themselves for their next chapter.

    After a career as a consultant in leading Swedish and Finnish brand & design agencies and serving as CMO at Marimekko, I've spent the past eight years as an entrepreneur.

    I have a deep understanding of how a brand can be a key driver of growth and am fascinated by how strong brands unite people, inspire, and drive action. I enjoy working with teams who are optimistic about the future and prioritise people over presentations.

    Well-travelled and have a broad experience across several categories from Food & Beverage to Heavy Industry.

    In addition to my role at Faux Pas, I serve as a Coach and Lecturer at Hanken & SSE Executive Education and as Board Chair for the Finnish Institute in the UK and Ireland.

    Balancing work with an active lifestyle, I ride long distances, hike in various weather conditions, and feed my appreciation for aesthetics by exploring emerging trends in design and fashion.

SUSANNA GRÖNBLOM

  • With extensive experience on both the client and agency sides, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the interplay between brand and business. I thrive in project and team leadership, where open dialogue and seamless collaboration are at the heart of success.

    I firmly believe in blending creativity with data-driven insights, and I am convinced that aligning brand and business is essential for driving sustainable growth.

    I believe that success hinges on fostering close collaboration within and across teams, alongside setting clear plans and goals.

    Over 25 years in senior brand and marketing roles, as well as client and project director positions, have equipped me with the expertise to navigate different scenarios. My board work and fundraising experience further enhance my toolkit as Senior Advisor at Faux Pas.

    To recharge, I spend most of my free time outdoors, staying active through various sports. For me, it’s the perfect way to balance work and reconnect with inspiration.
